Three elements
The Canary islands is the place where the three elements, water, earth and fire, meet. There is the ocean and the sheer cliffs arising out of it. White sand goes into rainforests. Mangrove swamps adjoin active volcanos. And we offer you, while passing from island to island, to discover non-touristy Canaries.
Day 1. Arrival. Accommodation aboard the ship. In the evening we set out to sea heading Gran Canaria.
Day 2. Arrival in Las Palmas. The walking tour to Roque Nublo, the «Rock Clouded», which is considered one of the main Canaries’ symbols, as it is the natural monument more than 60 metres high. Then we set out for the ocean heading the island of Fuerteventura.
Day 3. Arrival in Morro Jable. A visit to «The Oasis» in La Lajita, the wild nature national park inhabited by exotic animals.
Day 4. The leg to Corralejo. You can spend time walking or horse-riding, swimming or having a barbecue.
Day 5. Arrival in Playa Blanca. An excursion into Timanfaya national park. The temperature there reaches 600 degrees Centigrade only a few metres below the surface. A bottle of hay, while being thrown into a hole in the ground, burns out in a few seconds. Those who wish can have lunch in a restaurant where they use only geothermal heat to cook the dishes. Natives call this area Mal Pais which means “a bad land”.
Day 6. The sailing leg to Tenerife.
Day 7. Return to Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
